Where is Hatten Hotel Melaka located?

Hatten Hotel Melaka is located opposite Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall. Our central location places guests close to popular attractions, shopping malls, heritage sites, and cultural landmarks, making us an ideal choice for both business and leisure travellers looking for a hotel in Melaka City.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in starts from 3.00pm and check-out is before 12.00pm. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request however it is subject to availabiilty. Charges may apply.

How many rooms does Hatten Hotel have?

Hatten Hotel Melaka offers 704 elegantly appointed, air-conditioned rooms and suites, ranging from our well-appointed Studio Rooms to our spacious Premier Suites — each designed to provide an exceptional standard of comfort and luxury.

What is the difference between Premier Rooms and Regular Rooms?

Premier Rooms are located on higher floors (Levels 19 -21). Those who book our premier rooms enjoy usage of our Premier Lounge with refreshments served between 3.30pm to 5.30pm.

What are the benefits of book direct?

When you book directly from our brand web, you enjoy our best available rates, perks and exclusive packages are are not available on third party /OTA websites. Benefits are subject to change from time to time, please refer to our website for the latests benefits and packages.

How much is the security deposit?

A security deposit of RM100 per room is required upon check-in. This deposit will be secured via credit card authorization as a guarantee for your stay. Please be advised that Hatten Hotel Melaka is a cashless establishment, and cash payments are not accepted.

Do you have connecting rooms?

For connecting rooms, opt for our Studio Suites. All Studio Suites are connecting and feature 2 super single beds in each room. Please note that all Studio Suites have courtyard views and are facing another block of rooms.

Which rooms have pool views?

For pool views, opt for our Junior Suites which have views of the pool and city.

Which rooms have sea views?

Our Deluxe suites face the Straits of Melaka and parts of the Straits of Melaka can be seen from higher floors.

Can I add an extra bed?

An extra bed can be added for a third guest, with a maximum limit of one extra bed per room.

Can 3 adults sleep in one room?

Kindly be informed that our rooms can accommodate a maximum of two (2) adults based on the existing bedding configuration. Should there be a third adult, an extra bed is required in accordance to our room occupancy policy. A maximum of 2 children are allowed based on existing bedding however an extra bed is recommended for added comfort.

Can non-hotel guest book the Game on Demand/gaming session at esports room?

Our ESports room is open to all regardless of staying or non-staying hotel guests. Fees apply.

What time is the Game on Demand/gaming session available?

Our Game on Demand package is available daily till 12 midnight. You can purchase it at our Front Desk or Level 12 Premier Lounge. Cashless payments only.

Where is the Esports room?

Our Esports rooms are on Level 12.

What are your dining options at Hatten Hotel?

We have 2 F&B outlets; Chatterz All Day Dining on Level 11 and Alto Sky Lounge at Level 22.

Where is breakfast served?

Breakfast is available at Chatterz All Day Dining on Level 11 from 6.30am – 10.30am daily.

How much to add-on breakfast?

Add-on breakfast at RM50 for adults and RM25 for senior citizens / children.

Can non-staying guests walk-in for breakfast?

Yes, breakfast is open to all at RM50 for adults and RM25 for senior citizens /children.

Do you have buffet dinner?

Buffet dinner is available on Fridays & Saturdays from 6pm.

Do you have EV chargers?

Yes we have 4 units of EV Charger at our Level 3 parking. Ours are AC charging units (Type 2, up to 22kW). These are managed by our partner, EVPowers.

Rate: Approximately RM1.00 per kWh (subject to change by the provider).
Payment: You can pay via the EVPower MY+ app or simply use the card payment terminal at the station for a “Tap & Pay” experience.

Where is the parking?

We have on-site parking located in the same building. The parking entrance is next to the H&M outlet, facing Mahkota Parade.

What are the parking charges?

Our carpark is managed by a third party, however, we have arranged a flat daily rate of RM5 for 24 hours instead of hourly charges. Please validate your parking ticket at our Front Office Desk to enjoy this special rate. Thank you for your understanding!

Do you have Valet parking?

Valet parking is available at RM50 per entry.
